This series is being repeated by overwhelming demand and I am not exaggerating. My fabulous students drove me crazy until we convinced Debra at Decatur Yoga and Pilates to do another one. We have had tremendous results the first time, people got strong, lost weight and had injuries healed from working with strong therapeutic alignment principles.
This from Elena, “I started the three weeks and I could barely walk, with sciatica, SI joint coming out of alignment and spasms in between my shoulder blades. It took about one week. By week two the pain was gone! Now, as soon as I feel things getting off again I do a few poses and I feel better again. Angel wings is my new favorite word!”
This series is designed to create a significant shift in the students practice and energy by the end of 2 weeks. It will incorporate therapeutic principles of alignment to open the body in a balanced way, to help alleviate imbalances in the nervous system and to realign the healthy curves of the low back and neck to get one’s energy moving in optimal flow and healthy pulsation. We will specifically work on opening up the hips and shoulders in each pose to create an overall improvement of postural alignment on and off the mat.
We also add an additional component of eating high vibrational foods to ensure mazimum amount of transformation. This of course is clearly optional yet encouraged. A key to our success is that we practice together daily as a community to support each other in discipline of body and mind.

Classes will build on each other and be held in our hot room. The room will be warm, not hot as we will build internal heat by going deep.
