I’m excited to be teaching at the Wigwam Wellness Experience on April 26th.
You have two opportunities to spend time with me. I’ll be teaching:
- Spring Forward with the Bow-spring from 10:30-11:30 am
- The Bowspring is an ideal shape which can be applied to yoga poses, dance, sports, and most importantly, to everyday postures and movements like sitting, standing, and walking. It provides for balanced tone on both the front and back of the body, resulting in graceful lightness and whole body strength. The practice targets pain-reduction, patterns of protection and is designed to open parts of the body commonly closed off.
- Eating by the Elements: Learn to eat for your Dosha from 2:15-3:15
- The fastest way to change your life is to change your diet. Revamp your lifestyle by incorporating life enhancing practices into your day in order to optimize your health and energy. Just as the universe is composed of the elements (space, air, fire, water, earth) we too are made up of those same elements. In this workshop you will identify your elemental type, and learn how to balance your tendencies through diet and lifestyle. Just as important as what we eat, is when and how we eat; and the energy we create around the meal.
